JASAME HRC maintains a CVs databank for candidates willing to stand-in for other and on short term basis. We train candidates who are always ready to take up on assignments on short notices. We charge a fee per candidate basing on the longevity of employment with the client.

CVs databank option
JASAME HRC updates and maintains a CVs databank. This means we can get the right candidates extremely fast, saving the client press advertisement cost and valuable time. We charge a fee per candidate as mutually agreed between the parties

Press advertising option
If the Databank is inadequate for the type of candidate required at that particular time, we design and place advertisements in the press with the approval of the client. Press advertisement draws an immediate wider spectrum of candidates.

Head-hunting option
This is where we scan the talent market to establish who is available to the required standards and discreetly contact him or her for a chat and a cup of tea. The process takes much longer than Option 1 or 2 above but it works. We charge an extra fee to offset our cost as discussed and agreed with the client.
